Glenn Druhot is a professional Career Coach with over 18 years of experience in career coaching and consulting. He specializes in individualized and customized career coaching. He has helped thousands of individuals in their quest for a career that is satisfying; in addition he has delivered over 400 career decision making workshops. The majority of his professional career was spent as an outplacement consultant with the largest career management firm in the world. He honed his experience developing powerful resumes for positive results and assisted individuals in making successful career transitions.
He is called upon to make speeches and keynote addresses to organizations such as business groups, colleges, universities and associations. A Business People magazine interview featured Glenn discussing careers and how to successfully make a career change due to various reasons such as downsizing, facility closure, or restructuring of an organization. In addition, he is a contributing editor of Business Weekly.
Glenn’s formal education includes a Masters Degree in Counseling and Psychology; a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Education from Texas State University; and four Associate in Science Degrees in Social Service, Instructional, Business and Educational Methodologies. In addition to his academic and coaching training he is certified to administer and interpret several assessments including the Myers-Briggs Temperament Indicator (MBTI); the Strong Interest Inventory (SII); Life Style Inventory (LSI); Organization Style Inventory (OSI); FIRO-B as well as others.
He is an adjunct professor at Indiana Institute of Technology, Huntington University, and Indiana Wesleyan University and teaches Career Development courses along with a wide variety of related classes at other colleges as well. He has visited and or taught in 42 countries predominately in: the Middle East, Europe, Africa and South America.
